Description

Chiron DZ08 FX machining center is only one of its kind with two spindles in a compact size, resulting in huge space savings. It offers superior surface quality and the fastest turnaround time.

DZ08 FX provides 2 times the productivity and saves energy up to 40%. It offers quick processing times and allows changing of tools in 0.9 s. The device has a 2-axis swivel rotary table, a versatile torque drive from CHIRON, and simultaneous 5-axis control. This achieves simple and economical machining of complicated workpieces in a single set up.

DZ08 FX is available with a built-in robot cells Flexcell Uno and Flexcell Duo to improve efficiency and enable automatic processing.
